Early Pkg

Early permit package. Includes foundation design review for submission to AHJ for early permit to start foundation work while design documents are still being finalized.
A/E Support

Construction design review for compliance to Codes. This service includes an initial review of complete documentation. Review comments with the AE design team to ensure quick turnaround and eliminate misunderstanding of written comments. Final review will be conducted for compliance then submission to the local Building Official shall be provided with recommendation for permitting.
100% CD Review

Full review of design documentation from schematic to construction set. Each phase will receive comments review with the AE design team. Final review will be conducted for compliance then submission to the local Building Official shall be provided with recommendation for permitting.
